Welcome to Comforting Touch. By accessing this website, booking a service, or participating in any session offered through Comforting Touch, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Comforting Touch provides wellness-focused services including Reiki, Crystal Energy Sessions, Tuning Fork Sound Therapy, and personalized Home Energy Clearing & Reset sessions.
All services are intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, emotional well-being, and personal balance. Services provided by Comforting Touch are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or licensed healthcare services.
2. Wellness Disclaimer
Comforting Touch does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or provide medical advice. Services are complementary wellness experiences and should not replace professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
Clients should consult a licensed healthcare provider regarding any medical or mental health concerns.
3. Booking & Payments
Appointments may be booked through our website, Acuity Scheduling, or approved booking channels.
Certain personalized services, including Home Energy Clearing & Reset sessions, may require a consultation deposit at the time of booking. Consultation deposits are applied toward the final cost of the customized session.

All pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Deposits may be refunded for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit or session fee.
5. No-Show Policy
For in-home sessions, if the practitioner arrives at the scheduled location and:
no one is present,
access to the property is unavailable,
or the session cannot proceed due to client absence,
the appointment will be considered a no-show and payments or deposits are non-refundable.
6. Age Requirement
Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or with written parental consent.
7. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information, contact details, and any relevant wellness information necessary for safe and appropriate sessions.
Comforting Touch reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if circumstances are unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the scope of practice.
8. Website Use
All website content, images, branding, text, and materials are the property of Comforting Touch and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Unauthorized use of this website may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating in services offered through Comforting Touch, clients voluntarily assume all responsibility for their own well-being and experience.
Comforting Touch shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in services, use of the website, or scheduling platform interactions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
